Across the Atlantic: A Look Back at Our USA Trip
Our first stop was Miami
In a market that is currently booming it was exciting to see the amount of development that is underway in the region. We held some positive meetings to discuss new projects in Brickell, Miami Beach, North Bay Village, West Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale.
While in Miami, we also attended The Real Deal Miami Forum at the Mana Wynwood Convention Center. There was a real buzz around the two-day event, with industry leaders sharing insights on market shifts, innovation, and the future of real estate. The overall mood was notably optimistic, reflecting strong confidence in both ongoing and upcoming development across South Florida. It was an energising experience that left us inspired and excited for what’s ahead.
Next up was Naples on Florida’s Gulf Coast
In Naples we enjoyed catching up with the sales teams at Kolter Urban’s Olana and 3300 Gulf Shore sales galleries. It was great to meet with the sales teams and have in-person conversations around the performance of our Interactive 3D Sales Platforms along with the performance of the Naples market in general. We put a real emphasis on service and nothing beats meeting the teams using our software in person.
Throughout conversations, it was clear that the UK high-net-worth buyer market is showing increasing interest in Naples as a second-home destination, drawn by its lifestyle, stability, and strong long-term investment outlook. This shift is adding exciting momentum to the region’s demand profile.
We also met with the client team on an exciting new Naples project we’re delivering. It was invaluable to tour the sales gallery in person where our tech will be a central feature of the sales journey and a critical element in presenting the development. It allowed us to provide real-time advice on the M&E and AV/IT requirements, ensuring a smooth launch and reliable long-term performance of the tech in the space.
Then came Atlanta
Atlanta is another US market we are currently expanding in having delivered our first project here in the Autumn for Kolter Urban’s Elyse Buckhead. While in Atlanta for two days we met with the commercial team at the Elyse sales gallery to review how our systems are performing and spent some time delivering training on the CMS and back-end analytics for the project. We also found time to meet with new clients for a number of upcoming developments soon to start.
And finally New York City
With 17 meetings packed into just two days, the trip was extremely busy, in the best possible way. We’re currently delivering a number of exciting projects with a number of new opportunities currently in the pipeline. While we can’t share too much just yet, each discussion has opened the door to fresh collaborations and new innovations. Stay tuned, there’s plenty more to reveal soon.
