A high detailed 3D real-time digital twin of the development set in a wider context Atlanta was created for presentation in the sales gallery via iPad controlling a bespoke sales journey on large format 4K screens. Special attention was put on the integration of a city wide 3D map of Atlanta and integration of the development within the local surroundings of Buckhead. In addition to the sales gallery system a web-based 3D sales platform was developed for the commercial teams use outside of the gallery and a customers facing version for sharing specific details with buyers. COMO’s bespoke CMS allows the Kolter team full control of data, marketing assets and availability.
