With new developments in Epping, Brentwood, Holloway and Edgware, Como were asked to create a unique interactive sales experience that could be utilised across multiple sites and scaleable over time for all Fairview future developments...
The starting point for this was to create a bespoke development portal to allow for agents and the sales team to access any of the live sites accessed by login privileges. This approach give the client control of the sales presentation while also giving the sales teams a constant approach to presenting properties to interested customers. After accessing the specific developments via the portal you are taken to a real-time 3D web app of an individual development of interest and you are able to explore the whole scheme from every angle before selecting apartment choices, saving to a favourites shopping basket, comparing specifications and floor plans side by side and making a final purchasing decision. All data and content is controlled centrally via Como’s CMS ( Content Management System).
