Como had the privilege of creating an all new sales and marketing approach for the local team for the launch of the final tower. Waterman’s 3D residence sales system was deployed as an online web app and an offline marketing suite presenter on a 86” touchscreen. Lendlease controls the whole system via the bespoke CMS (Content Management System) which allows for real-time updates to key data, release information and marketing asset iterations.
