COMO worked closely with the client, leasing agents and brand agents in developing a unique 3D web app that enhanced the communication of the building to potential tenants. The system needed to be scalable over time to deliver messaging for multiple markets, while initially ensuring office leasing agents could present information around live availability of office space, amenities within the building and key ESG messaging.
