An extremely high detailed 3D real-time digital twin of the development was created for presentation in the sales gallery via iPad casing a bespoke sales journey on large format 4K screens. Special features such as viewing the development in day and dusk mode were also created to give prospective buyers a true sense of what living in the development would feel like, from morning coffee watching the sun rise to evening sundowners on the west facing balconies. In addition to the sales gallery system a web-based 3D sales platform was developed for the commercial teams use outside of the gallery and a customers facing version for sharing specific details with buyers. COMO’s bespoke CMS allows the Kolter team full control of data, marketing assets and availability.
