Bankside Yards is the UK’s first fossil-free major mixed-use development in operation consisting of eight new buildings including Opus, a 50 story residential building and Mandarin Oriental delivering a luxury 5* hotel...

At the beginning of the project COMO had to carefully consider producing and interactive 3D sales system that was would add longevity in its approach for the development as a whole but also work across multiple stakeholder groups. The initial focus was to produce a market leading residential sales and marketing system for Opus, but also enable commercial teams to explain the future story of the development as a whole, from key ESG messaging and future phases across office, retail and leisure. A detailed high fidelity native 3D system was produced for use in the marketing suite linked to the lighting in and impressively tall scale model along with a web-based system for use outside of the sales gallery and for sharing details with prospective buyers.
