Based on trust and ambition, Avanton partnered with Como with a vision to push an all new tech approach to property sales and marketing. At the time Como created, developed and deployed a ‘first of its kind’ real-time 3D, web hosted sales and marketing system to drive remote sales interest and enhance the customer apartment viewing and buying experience. The system also linked with the main brand website allowing for wider public engagement and was supported by Como’s custom built CMS (Content Management System) enabling the sales team to track customer sales journey, update content and monitor the success of external marketing campaigns.
