Hurlingham Waterfront is a unique development of 220 residences and 30,000 sq ft of commercial space on the banks for the River Thames in Fulham, London. The development offers 90 different apartment types along with 39,000 sq ft of secluded private residence-only gardens...

Our approach to this project was to create a unique interactive sales and marketing apartment finder to cover multiple customer sales options, and highlight the unique development offering. The sales teams needed to be able to interrogate 90 different apartment types, select units based on views of the interior gardens, the river or duel aspect, and various finish options. Interior views were taken directly from the real-time 3D digital model we created, meaning each residence view could be accurately shown. Our system allowed for any and all searches to be viewed in situ, from a super high detailed digital 3D environment in the marketing suite on a 90” touch screen, to wider communications outside of the suite and at overseas launches with our 3D web based system which will run on any device. Agents are also able to share customer specific links via our bespoke CMS to the web-based system aiding the ongoing buyer communications with interested parties.
