COMO delivered a fully immersive real-time 3D ecosystem for The Halcyon, anchored by both a Native 3D App for the marketing suite and a web-based 3D platform for extended engagement. A detailed digital twin of the building was created within its immediate context in Naples, incorporating surrounding landscape design and outdoor environments to ensure buyers understand the relationship between architecture, greenery and waterfront views.
Within the experience, users can explore the precise location of amenity spaces in real time, understanding how each offering connects spatially to the residences. A powerful residence finder allows buyers to navigate the building in multiple modes, including an X-ray view revealing individual residence types within the structure, and a floor-by-floor dollhouse perspective for a comprehensive overview of the building’s layout.
The wider neighbourhood is presented through an interactive map, complete with clickable pins highlighting key destinations and points of interest throughout the area, reinforcing The Halcyon’s prime location.
A bespoke user interface was designed in alignment with the development’s brand guidelines, ensuring that every digital touchpoint reflects The Halcyon’s identity and tone.
